Greek Dance Night

We are excited to inform you that Dormition of the Virgin Mary will be offering Greek Dance Nights for youth on Wednesday, October 29. from 6:00 – 7:00 PM.  There will also be Greek Dance Nights on November 19 & December 10.

No prior Greek Dance experience is required.  We will teach the basics to new dancers and refine dances that some of the children already know.

A number of our young people really love to Greek dance and want opportunities to learn more, while many of our children haven’t had the chance to give Greek Dance a try.Greek Dance Night is an informal opportunity to learn Greek Dance without the pressure of an upcoming performance.

Participants will learn to love Greek music and Greek folk dance, while they strengthen bonds of friendship within the Church Family.
