Dear Members of our Church Family,

November is approaching rapidly, and before we know it, we will be in the full swing of the Christmas Season. As is our custom, the Dormition of the Virgin Mary Sunday School Students will be presenting our Church’s annual Christmas Pageant, directed by our Sunday School Director, Sia Arvans. Our annual pageant is a wonderful event, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and our entire Church Family love to see they children offer such a sweet reminder as to what Christmas is really all about. We sincerely hope that each and every one of our Sunday School Students will take part in the Pageant again this year.

The first and mandatory rehearsal will take place on November 17 and roles will be assigned for the Christmas Pageant. Sunday School Students who wish to be in the pageant this year must be present for this rehearsal in order to receive their roles and to see how the pageant will be done. If it is genuinely IMPOSSIBLE for your child(ren) to attend the first rehearsal, please make arrangements with Sia Arvans at least one week prior to the first rehearsal. In the interest of being fair to all of our Sunday School Students, and in order to have our pageant sufficiently organized, please be aware of the following:

• Sunday School Students who do not participate in the November 17th Rehearsal and have not made prior arrangement with Sia Arvans will not be cast in the pageant
• There will be five rehearsals on Nov 17, 24, Dec 1, 8, & 15. Students missing more than one of the rehearsals without making prior arrangements with Sia Arvans will not participate the day of the pageant.
