Following up on the email you received yesterday about collecting and distributing drinking water for residents of New York City and Nassau County, please be advised that we will also be joining Holy Trinity/St. Nicholas Church of Staten Island and Saints Constantine and Helen Church in Brooklyn in their efforts to offer relief.  We will continue to collect and necessities for families in need.  Bring all items to the Greek Orthodox Church of the Hamptons AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We will be collecting and distributing items through Thanksgiving.

Below is a list of the items most needed:

• Clothing – especially warm clothing- all sizes
• Winter coats- all sizes
• Undergarments – Please only bring NEW, in the package.-all sizes
• Shoes- all sizes
• Socks – – All sizes new and Warm
• Toiletries
• Towels
• Blankets
• Baby items – diapers all sizes, wipes, formula, baby food
• Non-perishable food items: Easy to open and eat.
• Bottled Water
• School Supplies- Binders, notebooks, crayons, pens, pencils, backpacks

We cannot express enough the importance of this effort. Please take the time to gather these items and bring them to the church.
