Hi Everybody!

We are excited about the upcoming Ecclesiastical Year, and we have some really good events planned for our GOYA in 2014-15! I am attaching two flyers with this email, one for GOYA Beach Day, which will be this Sunday, August 17, at Ponquogue Beach in Hamptons Bays and one for GOYA day at Holiday Hill, which will be an all day event on September 20.

On GOYA Beach Day, some families will head to the Beach right after Divine Liturgy to spend the day at the Beach. Others will be coming throughout the day and at 5:00 we will gather for the start of the evenings activities which will include games, a clam bake, s’mores around the bonfire, and an open discussion.

GOYA Day at Holiday Hill is an event organized by our Archdiocese for the Churches in the Direct Archdiocesan District. GOYA members from all over the New York/Connecticut area will join together at Holiday Hill in Prospect, Connecticut for softball, volley ball, mini golf, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boats and more! We will be leaving as a group from the Church on the morning of September 20 at 8:30 AM. We will coordinate rides with our GOYA advisors and parents according to RSVPs. Please, RSVP with the Church office, or with Liza Soulopulos. The fee is $25.00 per person if received before September 12. Make your check payable to the Greek Orthodox Church of the Hamptons, and we will register as a group!
Please RSVP for Beach day ASAP, as we are making final arrangements for food in the next couple of days.
