Friday, MARCH 13

6:30 – 7:30 pm Salutation Service to the Panayia

7:45 – 8:30 pm Session I: “The Sacrifice of Christ and Our Sacrifice in Him”

8:30 – 9:30 pm Lenten Evening Meal and Discussion

Saturday, MARCH 14

10:00 – 10:30 am Orthros (Morning Prayers)

10:30 – 11:30 am Session II: “The Sacrifice of Praise: How to Pray in an Orthodox Manner”

11:30 – 12:30 pm Lunch with Questions and Answers

Fr Thomas Soroka is the rector of St Nicholas Orthodox Church (OCA) in McKees Rocks, PA, near downtown Pittsburgh, PA. He is a graduate of Duquesne University holding degrees in Music Education and Music Composition. Fr Thomas attended St Vladimir’s Orthodox Theological Seminary in Crestwood, NY and descends from a long line of priests. He has held management positions for major corporations in the area of Learning and Development. Fr Thomas is the host of two popular podcasts on Ancient Faith Radio, The Path and Sermons at St Nicholas. He resides in Pittsburgh with his wife, Matushka Joni, and has three daughters.
