Building Our New Church: Parish Council Sets Dates for Two Special General Assemblies

Fr. Alex, The Parish Council, the Building Comittee and I are honored and overjoyed to inform you that a unanimous vote at last night’s parish council meeting confirms our community’s plans to move forward with the construction of a new sanctuary, cultural center, and community hall.

There will be two general assembly meetings; one on March 6th and another on March 13th. The first meeting on, March 6th, will be strictly informational, offering church members detailed information on the project and the chance to ask questions of the clergy and building committee. At the second meeting, on March 13th, the congregation will have the privilege of voting on resolutions approving the scope and financing of the construction of our church family’s new home.

Please mark your calendars and make every effort to attend the general assembly meetings. If you would like to discuss the building project, if you have questions, or would like more information prior to the meetings, please feel free to contact Fr. Alex, Fr. Constantine, Dimitrios Hatgistavrou; our parish council president, or Paul Maus; our executive building committee chair.
